Aus-China relation is running down to a all-time low? So recently there's a sprout of accusing fingers. What's interesting is that in China the blame, a large portion of which online, is all on Australia and in Australia the blame is all on Kevin Rudd. This says aloud two things: a. something is going on the mind of the chinese gov't (note: differentiate from the people of china who are poorly represented or not represented at all); b. Rudd's done a good job.
For one thing, the pseudo communist gov't in China is acting like a toughie patriarch not only in domestic but international affairs. In case, the definition of a "toughie patriarch" is ambiguous, let's say, a "I'm always right; you are always wrong" patriarch. So this time, in the foreground the papa is upset because little Australia is giving visa to "internationally acclaimed" terrorist - note that even if this little old lady is the head of the East-Turk org, the org isn't a terrorist org in Australia as it is in America or China. This goes without saying that on the other hand the patriarch govt sucks up to this l'old lady's host -USA as eagerly as ever. But this is all insignificant. Because in the background, papa is very very outraged (note, not upset), you little Aus playing smart again with the mineral supply? Papa wants a say in the mineral price because it's a main importer. Bad luck, papa, as long as you still treat your people like a bundle of manipulated brainless idiots and cook up a storm whenever and however you want, you are not a government that can be trusted.
Papa is outraged because unlike Africa suppliers, Australia is a wealthy, developed, democratic country, which means impossible to toss with at Papa's pleasure. Want a go with the minerals? Play by the rule. Too bad papa's so used to treating people like idiots. This time he's gonna have a tanty because his manipulate-you-idiot strategy didn't quite work out. HAHA(think Simpsons)
So while the accusing Chinese fingers are all pointing at Australia, the Australians (mainly the useless loser liberal election opportunists) think it's a god given opportunity to point a finger at Rudd. It's all Rudd's fault? Yea...yea. Rudd's bilingual skill didn't impress papa. After all, there's only so much you could do with a "Papa always right" patriarch gov't and a group of gov't employed cooked-up mob who generates professional (and highly emotional) pro-party publicity on every comment section of any forum. Take it easy, Rudd's enemies. You don't want to bring Aus on her knees in front of this papa. I reckon Rudd's pretty cool as is.
Now Bonsai, get dressed for Anne's 100day mini birthday party. 小李安娜,you rock!
