The last few miles always seem to be extremely long and incredibly exhausting. I am so sick and tired of the last few "small topics" of contract laws: rescission, equitable estoppel, restitution, liability in torts, misleading&deceptive conducts, privity, statutory unconscionability etc....damn, they really are a dog's breakfast.
On the other hand, I find it getting harder to press my butt on this hardwood chair for another 16 days. I'm only half-cooked...but I just don't wanna sit there.
No to mention that my fun with torts is only just beginning. The good thing about that is that in comparison torts is just a baby.
