Lessons learnt-contracts

Last semester I rattled about my bleeding memory in criminal law exam. This sem, in contracts exam, I noticed major improvements on my exam technique, time & NERVE control.

Before the exam, I was still sweaty palmed and generally freaked out at the sight of people cramming a last-minute cram (I had to look elsewhere). And on top that I still prayed with my palms closed in front of my chins, elbows on the booklets before the announcement of reading time. (I had an auspicious number "13". But I guess the fact that I am eastern means that I'm not going to affected anyway. In addition, 3 is my lucky number!!)So despite the slight signs of nervousness, all went ok until I discovered -post mortem- that I actually invested some 20 seconds ponderin whether or not to include an argument, which, albeit small, may contribute an extra 2 marks. And WHY I DECIDED NOT TO IS BEYOND ME!

After the exam, my friends wanted to discuss the questions. But I decided that I was not comfortable doing that. After all, there's torts to come. I don't want to cry over spilled milk (and I do seriously hope and invoke celestial help to keep my milk in the jar!)

Lessons to be taken away from this exam are fairly general: discuss it if it's relevant!!!!Damn it, just do it.
