The right track
Recently a few things happened that made me realize how much work I had to do to overcome myself. Basically, I am my own enemy. This "I", my real enemy, is someone who has accumulated years of destructive habbits. This accumulation is like the teeth stain of an old smoker who can't survive without 20-40 cigarrettes a day. So really, the first step is to stop smoking. Then, chip off the stains little by little. This process is difficult for most people, but not those who are resolved.
